Meet Ernest Boniface Makulilo
Our immigration consultant Ernest Boniface Makulilo is the Founder and CEO of EBM SCHOLARS, LLC, a Missouri-based consulting firm specializing in scholarships, immigration, and financial literacy for immigrants and international students. Originally from Kigoma, Tanzania, Ernest taught Swahili and African Studies at Marshall University and later earned a Master’s in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University of San Diego.
A U.S. Navy veteran and licensed financial professional, he brings over 17 years of experience helping thousands of individuals worldwide achieve educational and immigration success.
